is located
on the corner of Military Rd. E and Waller Rd.
in Spanaway, a community south of Tacoma, WA

We
have 22 stalls with individual paddocks
and a 60 x 120 covered arena for year round riding.
We are a self care facility which means, boarders
are to provide all hay,
grain, etc.
(We feed your feed twice a day per your
instructions)
Boarders are also required to perform duties such as
daily
watering and cleaning stalls, blanket
and un-blanketing etc.
We have locked and heated tack rooms to secure your equipment.
Trailer parking can be provided.
Pasture turn outs are available on a shared basis.

Board
is only $150 per month per stall.
(short term board is avalable at $5.25 per day)
We have no resident trainer and although owners may train their own
horses, no outside trainers are permitted.
Sorry, we do not have facilities for gamers or jumpers.
Referances are required.
